Myakka River is one of Florida's oldest and largest state parks.

The 10 acre park is open from 8:00 A.M until sunset. Entry to the Park is FREE, but donations and leashed dogs are welcome.

Coquina Beach can be easily accessed by a pleasant trolley ride, and there are lots of picnic tables under the Shade of Australian pines.
